What is Truzo?

Truzo is Kalderos’ end-to-end drug discount management platform, designed to maximize compliance and pricing transparency within the complex ecosystem of government and commercial drug pricing programs, such as 340B, MDRP, IRA, MFP, and various commercial arrangements. Fundamentally, Truzo acts as a drug discount clearinghouse, proactively identifying and minimizing waste by connecting key stakeholders–including manufacturers, payers, and Covered Entities–and harmonizing data flows across siloed, overlapping programs.

I’m an existing Kalderos customer. What does Truzo mean for me?

Truzo is our cross-program drug discount management platform that powers all our technology solutions. Our existing customers continue to have access to the solutions they’re leveraging today, which are all a part of the greater Truzo platform. Current customers can discuss additional capabilities available within Truzo with their Kalderos representative.

As a Covered Entity, are there fees to participate in this model or to use Truzo?

There is no fee to use Truzo as a Covered Entity.

I’m a Covered Entity and need clarity on a manufacturer’s 340B policy. Where should I go?

To review manufacturers’ specific 340B policies, please visit the Manufacturer Policies page.

Who from a Covered Entity needs to take action to get started with Truzo?

Only the Authorizing Official needs to take action to get started. The Authorizing Official is responsible for claiming the organization’s profile and setting up the bank account information. Once these steps are complete, they can assign roles and permissions to other team members as needed. The Authorizing Official can claim their Truzo account here.
